Imperium Factory Held Together

Text on the meme

I FINALLY UNDERSTAND THE IMPERIUM TWO YEARS AGO I BUILT THIS WITH MY OWN HANDS I HAVE NO IDEA HOW IT WORKS IT'S ETERNALLY IN A STATE OF DECLINE, BUT I KEEP DUCT TAPING NEW ADDITIONS TO THE FACTORY TO KEEP IT FUNCTIONABLE

What it means

A vast, intricate factory-like layout is shown from above, covered with captions about building and maintaining it. The joke is that the creator claims to understand the Imperium but admits they have no idea how the sprawling, decaying factory works, continuing to patch it with duct-taped additions. It is used as a reaction to complicated projects that have become unmanageable but still somehow function.
