A screenshot of a Wikipedia-style article about Browser, a grey tabby cat living in a public library in Texas. The joke is the absurdly formal encyclopedic treatment of a library cat, including his eviction and international backlash, making the cat seem like a major public figure. It can be sent as a reaction to something unexpectedly well-documented or taken far too seriously.
