Straight Guy Who Cosplays

Text on the meme

I’m sad to inform you that I’m a straight guy who’s good at cosplay We are not beating the Thailand allegations 😭 TIL Elysia.js is made by a girl (solo dev) who does cosplay and is from Thailand. I would never have expected that. This breaks all the stereotypes in tech. Kinda awesome 👏

What it means

A social media screenshot shows a cosplayer with long dark hair, glasses, and a peace sign, followed by a reply about Elysia.js being created by a Thai woman who cosplays. The joke plays on the contrast between tech stereotypes and the unexpected personal identity of the developer, while referencing the Thailand allegations humorously.
