What it means

A dark screenshot of Cloudflare Routing shows a stacked bar chart for free-plan requests from North America. The joke is that heavy daytime load sends a surprisingly large share of U.S. traffic to European regions, which can explain unexpected latency or ping spikes. It is shared as a technically informed reaction to anomalous network performance.
