How I Imagined 2025
How I imagined 2025 as a kid: How it turned out: fascism is bad SOURCE?
The top panel shows a futuristic utopian city imagined as the future, while the bottom panel shows distressed Wojak-style faces with the captions “fascism is bad” and “SOURCE?”. The joke contrasts childhood optimism about the future with a grim reality of political anxiety and low-quality internet discourse. It is used as a sarcastic reaction to disappointing progress or bleak futurism.
