Busy People Judge Bed Rot
How 'constantly staying busy' depressed people look at 'bed rot' depressed people
A group of elaborately dressed historical aristocrats stare sternly from a grand interior. The joke contrasts people who pride themselves on constantly being busy with the modern habit of spending extended time in bed doing nothing, called “bed rot.” It is used as a reaction to mock judgmental productivity culture or defend resting while depressed.
