Мем отправляют как ироничную реакцию на предложение выпить или на поиск чего-то, что поможет пережить тяжёлую ситуацию. EN: A character from Silent Hill 2 stands by a counter with a large can of strong Boyarin beer in front of him. The caption parodies an in-game item prompt: the hero asks whether to take the “drink of life,” turning alcohol into a lifesaving game resource. The meme is used as an ironic reaction to an invitation to drink or to looking for something that will help get through a difficult situation.
