I've had a French person I met at work say to my face, "You're pretty big for a Japanese person. Is it the influence of Fukushima, I wonder?" So yeah, that's the level of their sense of ethics. In France, a French guy narrowed his eyes and said "ni hao" to me, so I said "danke schön! Heil Hitler! Heil Hitler!" and he totally lost his shit.
