Fat and Jobless Cat Episode

Text on the meme

On today’s episode of fat and jobless...

What it means

A plump tabby cat lies sprawled motionless on a dining table while the camera slowly zooms in on its completely relaxed body. The caption presents the cat’s extreme laziness as a dramatic TV episode, and the grand orchestral theme from Sinfonia of London — Theme from "The Young and the Restless" ("Lost") — Short Version makes the ordinary scene feel comically prestigious and melodramatic.
