Attention: If "Block connections without VPN" is enabled, split apps will not have Internet. Always keep in mind that split tunneling is a privacy risk. Enable Show system apps Excluded applications 1 out of 38 LibreTorrent All applications App Store

A screenshot shows a VPN split-tunneling settings page with LibreTorrent as the only excluded application, while the caption calls this the user's “opsec level.” The joke is that someone is pretending to practice operational security but deliberately bypasses the VPN for a torrent client, making the privacy warning especially ironic. It is used as a reaction to naïve, contradictory, or performative cybersecurity behavior.
