IRC People Aren't Asses

Text on the meme

People on IRC aren't asses you encounter on, say, XBOX live or something lol!

What it means

A large caption contrasts the supposedly friendly people on IRC with the rude players encountered on Xbox Live. The joke is a nostalgic, sarcastic reaction about online communities and gaming toxicity.
