Hotel Electricity Ethereum Mining
You're using hotel electricity to mine? I don't know whether that's based or retarded. I'm leaning towards based. I humbly submit that it's based. This outlet didn't exist when I moved in. Its connected to the hallway outlet on the other side of the wall the janitor uses to vacuum. So a 2nd circuit. Holy fuck lmao. How do they not notice I am nice to janitor, get him to show his vacuum make/model, look it up on internet and get amp draw, subtract from 20A circuit breaker, keep rig under 13A (the remainder) so will not ever trip the circuit breaker (which could lead to investigation).
A 4chan-style thread shows an anonymous miner explaining how he secretly powers an Ethereum mining rig from a hotel hallway outlet, using the janitor’s vacuum circuit and keeping the electrical load below the breaker limit. The joke is the absurdly elaborate and technically calculated method of stealing electricity while avoiding detection. It is used as a reaction to cunning, unethical, or wildly overengineered schemes.
