LARPing an Old Unix Desktop

Text on the meme

The modern look is buns, Thats why we Larp the Old Unix Common Desktop Environment

What it means

A young man wearing headphones introduces a retro Unix desktop setup, followed by a monitor showing an old-fashioned graphical interface, terminal, games, system monitors, Blender, and colorful psychedelic screensavers. The joke is that modern desktop design looks boring, so the creator pretends to use an old Unix Common Desktop Environment as a fashionable alternative. Rob Araujo’s “Nineteen” plays underneath, giving the retro-computing tour a smooth, stylish, mock-serious mood.
