What it means

A screenshot-style meme shows a post about Microsoft testing advertisements in free Xbox Cloud Gaming, alongside the Xbox logo and a handheld device displaying cloud gaming titles. The joke is that players must watch ads before playing, making the question about how long it takes to realize the plan is to monetize free gaming through advertising. It is used as a sarcastic reaction to companies gradually adding monetization or intrusive ads to a supposedly free service.
