Telegram Users When Banned

Text on the meme

TikTok users: "OMG! Did you hear they may ban the app?" Telegram users when there is the slightest mention of this app being banned:

What it means

The clip shows a blurry red-lit figure throwing its arms up and screaming in panic. The joke contrasts TikTok users calmly reacting to a possible ban with Telegram users dramatically losing control at the slightest mention that Telegram might be banned. It works as an exaggerated reaction meme for platform loyalists and alarmist online discussions.
