Hacked Chinese Company CCTV Network

i hacked the office i work at. I am 20 and 3 months ago i landed this backend dev job at a local chinese company. They have departments of chinese and "my nationality" team. My department is just coverage for the chinese team because they are running gambling business targeting China. A month ago i scanned the network just for the fuck of it. I found out Ubiquiti Unifi devices which are the network switches and the CCTVs for the office. After running some nmap s i found out that 192.168.0.8 is the main server which is running unifi-video which is deprecated software and vulnerable to Log4Shell. I exploited it and got reverse shell then i just dumped my ssh keys and now i have full access to the machine which is running the CCTVs and the Network servers. I inserted a new super admin through the mongodb and got access to the full webui of unifi video(picrel) and the unifi network. i am able to watch ALL the livestreams from all the CCTVs, recording does not work because there is not enough space left on the server. I was able to get all the SSH passwords from all the switches and gateways and cctvs from the mongodb. i used it to get access to the main gateway at 192.168.0.1. The same server that is running Unifi Video is also running Unifi Network so i made a new admin for the Unifi Network and logined successfully. I dont know what to do now, i dont know how to escalate all of this. Ideally i would exploit the chinese 'big boss' because his cctv was purposely disabled and i was able to reboot it and now i have full access to his room and recordings etc. My scope for now is being able to block everyone from the network, redirect them to any site, watch them 24/7 and shit like that. I just dont know how could i use this in my advantage please anons help a young nigga.
