What it means

A screenshot of the Windows 8 Start screen is presented above a sarcastic text post about tapping a “live tile,” expecting a flashy animation, and instead launching a bad tablet app. The joke mocks Windows 8’s confusing touch-oriented interface and the gap between its promised futuristic design and the user’s disappointing experience.
