Year of the Linux Laptop
Alright y'all, I'm gonna try it. Ubuntu Linux on a Thinkpad T480s as my primary laptop. Never really used Linux before. Time to find out if this is the year of the Linux laptop.
A ThinkPad T480s laptop displays Ubuntu Linux with an aurora wallpaper on a wooden table. The joke is the familiar optimistic declaration that this will finally be the “year of the Linux laptop,” despite Linux enthusiasts repeating that prediction for years. It is shared as a reaction to trying Linux for the first time or making an overly confident tech commitment.
