Asahi Linux Is a Tragic Choice

I don't get Asahi Linux users. At all. You're intentionally running shitty abandonware that handicaps your hardware experience that you wouldn't otherwise have if only you used a Virtual Machine. UTM is Free. ONLY because you want NONE of the benefits of Apple Hardware and NONE of the benefits of the Linux ecosystem. You're subjecting yourself into torture by using a much stronger Raspberry Pi, with even less than what the Pi has to offer. Actually tragic choice. I'd rather you buy a Thinkpad than an Apple Silicon Mac if you oh-so-desperately want to run a Linux distro on a laptop. You'll have a much better experience, and something you can genuinely expect to rely on.

A screenshot of an X post criticizing people who use Asahi Linux on Apple Silicon Macs. The author argues that users sacrifice both Apple hardware advantages and the Linux ecosystem’s benefits, comparing the experience to a weaker Raspberry Pi and recommending a ThinkPad instead. It is sent as a sarcastic rant about operating-system choices and Linux hardware debates. EN: A screenshot of an X post criticizing people who use Asahi Linux on Apple Silicon Macs.
