Sync Before the Deadline
A Sync B Deadline
A timeline shows point A, a sync meeting, point B, and a much later deadline represented by increasingly large arcs. The joke is that the deadline is far away, while the sync is treated as an early milestone or interruption. It is used as a reaction to exaggerated planning, scheduling, or the gap between meetings and delivery.
