The era of the PC is over. Rather than make the AI WMD "safe" for consumers, they'll restrict it for pre-approved "safe people" only. And how do you restrict access to tech? Pull essential hardware out of the consumer market. Even 16GB of RAM is too much of a AI Gen threat.
