What it means

A smiling weather presenter delivers a television forecast in front of a radar map, but a large Windows 10 upgrade pop-up suddenly covers the weather graphic. The joke is that she continues presenting as if nothing is wrong while the intrusive update window becomes the real focus, making it useful as a reaction to an unwanted interruption or annoying notification.
