Peak Flow State While Eating

peak flow state

A young man reclines in the back seat of a car and slowly eats a nugget or piece of food with dipping sauces, making exaggeratedly blissful expressions. The caption “peak flow state” humorously compares total immersion in a simple eating moment to being in a state of perfect concentration or creative flow. Vadim Chaimovich’s elegant Chopin Nocturne in E-Flat Major, Op. 9, No. 2 plays over the clip, making the ordinary snacking feel absurdly profound and cinematic.
