Cat Chooses Mr. Balls

Text on the meme

Seeing if my cat reacts to Mr. P*nis or Mr. Balls more

What it means

A tabby cat sits in a kitchen while another cat watches from a chair. The cat then walks toward the camera and climbs over the person filming, seemingly choosing physical attention over either “Mr. P*nis” or “Mr. Balls.” The joke is a crude test of what the cat reacts to more, used as an absurd pet reaction video.
