Text on the meme

POV: You tell a Vietnamese person you're done drinking bạn hãy nôn và uống tiếp Please vomit and continue drinking

What it means

A group of friends drinks and laughs at a rustic Vietnamese beer restaurant. When one person says he is done drinking, a Vietnamese friend uses Google Translate to show the absurd instruction “Please vomit and continue drinking,” turning the pressure to keep drinking into the punchline. The clip works as a reaction to relentless drinking invitations or refusing one more round.
