What it means

A fast slideshow presents vintage sound chips over blurred retro video-game scenes, including Yamaha YM2608 and YM2612, the Ricoh 2A03, Texas Instruments SN76489, Sharp LR35902, and Nintendo/Sony SPC-700 hardware. Chiptune music plays throughout, turning a technical list of audio chips into an exaggerated musical showcase and a nerdy reaction to someone being intensely knowledgeable about retro game sound.
