Israel as a Light Unto Nations
British Col. Richard Kemp (ret.) to Jewish News Syndicate Summit in Jerusalem: "I speak as a goy, a mere goy: the Jews were put on the face of the earth to be a light unto nations, and Israel is being that light." The earth to be a light unto nations
Retired British Colonel Richard Kemp speaks into a microphone at a Jewish News Syndicate summit in Jerusalem, with a subtitle highlighting his statement that Israel is “a light unto nations.” The meme is used as a reaction to emphatic praise of Israel or Jewish people, often in discussions about faith, geopolitics, or pro-Israel rhetoric.
