We relive this every couple months

What it means

A streamer wearing headphones watches a birthday cake being carried through a purple hallway into a flower-filled room, then the clip abruptly cuts to an animated yellow car with a giant daisy growing through it before a bright flash. The joke treats a recurring event like a bizarre ritual, with the calm caption contrasting the increasingly surreal journey and explosive cartoon ending.
