My Girlfriend Turned Into a Worm

My girlfriend turned into a worm.

A tiny dark worm sits curled up on a miniature ornate chair, then is shown being cared for through a series of miniature domestic scenes: a shower, pantry, coffee maker, breakfast, and a small outdoor table. Finally, the worm is placed on a book and appears to sit in the tiny chair again. The absurdly serious, tender treatment of a worm as a girlfriend makes the clip a surreal reaction meme about accepting someone no matter how strange their transformation. Whimsical music gives the montage a gentle, cinematic mood and makes the ridiculous situation feel emotionally sincere.
