London Summer Hailstorm

Text on the meme

#londonsummer

What it means

A man stands pressed against a tree beside a fenced London street while intense hail or rain pours down, and a black dog appears next to him near the end. The joke is the sarcastic contrast between the hashtag “#londonsummer” and the miserable weather, made even funnier by the upbeat Charli xcx track “SS26” playing over the scene.
