Smoking Deaths Keep Counting

Text on the meme

😭 💀 🌹 Smoking deaths this year: 6 and counting.

What it means

A rainy nighttime video shows a crowd outside a building while cars pass in front of a billboard reading “Smoking deaths this year: 6 and counting.” The counter appears to increase as the clip progresses, turning the public-health message into darkly comic irony: even in a short moment, another death is added. Rain and traffic noise create a somber, bleak atmosphere that heightens the joke.
