What it means

A montage of cats being gently steered toward different foods—fries, a drink, broccoli, croquettes, and a sandwich—while Panic! At the Disco’s “New Perspective” plays. The joke is that the cats seem intensely focused on eating, but the hand repeatedly redirects them as if correcting their questionable food choices; the upbeat pop-punk song makes the escalating sequence feel dramatically triumphant and absurd.
