Purple Dress and First Skirt

Text on the meme

Niggas be naming themselves “Mira 🏳️‍⚧️” with a My Little Pony pfp and looking like a bloated purple manatee that washed up on a carpet and decided to take a selfie Fan account guess who got her first skirt 😊

What it means

A social media screenshot shows a person in a purple dress posing for a selfie beside a child in a purple shirt. The joke mocks the contrast between the name and profile picture and the person’s appearance, then sarcastically celebrates getting a first skirt as a reaction to an online post.
