GTA 4 Traffic Speed Glitch

Text on the meme

I set the traffic speed to 10 MILLION in GTA 4 and tried to cross the map

What it means

Gameplay from GTA IV shows Niko Bellic repeatedly getting stuck against a large concrete pillar while trying to cross the city after the traffic speed is set absurdly high. The streamer’s increasingly stunned reactions make the joke: extreme traffic speed does not help him move and instead produces chaotic, broken gameplay.
