When Side Character 46 Laughs

Text on the meme

When irrelevant side character #46 laughs at my niche tiktok reference that requires 100+ hours screen time a week so me and bro promote him to recurring character #12

What it means

A grainy video shows two serious-looking men standing outdoors near old buses and vehicles, repeatedly turning toward each other while the same caption remains on screen. The joke is that an irrelevant side character has laughed at an extremely niche TikTok reference, so the narrator humorously promotes him into a recurring character. The dramatic, wistful song “U Weren't Here I Really Miss You” by Cult Member & Mia Martina makes the trivial internet interaction feel absurdly emotional and cinematic.
