Holy Cat to Corn Eater

Text on the meme

Holy

What it means

A wide-eyed orange-and-white cat stares into the camera before the clip abruptly cuts to a close-up of a small animal eating corn on the cob. The shocked cat and intense, slightly melancholy The Smiths song “Heaven Knows I'm Miserable Now” create an absurd reaction meme about being stunned, then coping by eating. It works as a dramatic reaction to unexpected or overwhelming situations.
