What it means

EN: A pet rat sits in front of the camera while a person strokes its head. It gradually moves its face closer to the lens, turning its pink nose and serious stare into an absurdly funny close-up. The dance music “WhatsApp Dance” by Dj Riki & DJ Broke makes the joke funnier by contrasting its upbeat rhythm with the animal’s ridiculous approach; people send this clip as a reaction to something strange or overly persistent.
