Doro's Escalating Chaos

Text on the meme

You Doro, kaboom. Kaboom!

What it means

A rapid-fire 24.8-second montage follows a small pink-haired chibi character through increasingly absurd situations: being handled like a pet, appearing on a security camera, riding another chibi character, dancing beside a larger anime girl, spinning in a washing machine, orbiting a heart, and finally piloting a heavily armed tank before the screen cuts to black. The joke is the escalating contrast between cute anime imagery and exaggerated destructive action, punctuated by the visible “kaboom” gag. Jun Ishikawa & Dan Miyakawa’s “Candy Mountain,” with its playful upbeat electronic/chiptune mood, makes the montage feel like a cheerful power-up sequence while heightening the absurdity of the final tank reveal.
