NPC DIES DRAMATICALLY

What it means

In a GTA IV street scene, Niko Bellic points a pistol at a heavyset pedestrian who appears to collapse dramatically. The NPC then gets back up, staggers into the road, bends over, and finally falls flat again, parodying over-the-top video game NPC reactions. It is used as a reaction to someone being absurdly theatrical or pretending to be hurt.
