Feign Ignorance for Information

Text on the meme

If you want information, feign ignorance -Book of Rat what? Appear dumb and people tend to share more info with you (let their guard down). Very useful, give it a try

What it means

A dark-mode Twitter-style exchange shows a rat-themed account quoting the “Book of Rat” with advice to feign ignorance, while another user replies “what?”. The punchline is that pretending to be unintelligent makes people lower their guard and reveal more information, so the post is used as a sarcastic reaction about manipulation or acting clueless.
