The Boss’ faithful henchmen

What it means

Two budgerigars sit on a couch, one plump and pale blue and the other slender and yellow with an unusually long tail. The caption humorously presents them as a boss and his loyal henchmen, exaggerating the contrast between their imposing roles and their harmless appearance.
