Europeans Use 24-Hour Time
Why do europeans use 24 hour time? because we don't understand am and pm so there's no confusion this way I remember when playing TES Oblivion there is this (secretly vampire) guy who asked me to meet him 2AM on a secluded road and I was standing there all afternoon wondering what I'm doing wrong.
