Costco Sneeze Membership Photo

Text on the meme

So Costco apparently doesn't re-take membership card photos if you sneeze 05/2022

What it means

A blurry Costco membership card shows a bald man making a distorted face, apparently caught sneezing during the photo. The joke is that Costco supposedly kept the terrible photo instead of retaking it, making this a reaction to an embarrassing or badly timed picture.
