That One Problem While Cleaning

Text on the meme

That one problem while cleaning Miss Osaka is serious about cleaning, but she's not very good with a dustpan.

What it means

A schoolgirl in a Japanese anime classroom sweeps the floor, but the dustpan somehow carries her away down the hallway while classmates watch. The joke is that her exaggerated dedication to cleaning is undermined by comically poor control of the dustpan, making the clip useful as an absurd reaction to an unexpectedly chaotic task.
