Landkreis Augsburg gegen Landkreis Landsberg
EN: A map shows the German districts of Augsburg and Landsberg with their coats of arms in red and blue, next to a map of North and South Korea with Pyongyang and Seoul. The joke is the visual comparison between the neighboring German districts and the politically divided Korean states and their capitals. The meme is used as an absurd reaction to rivalry, border conflicts, or exaggerated regional differences.
