When the emo song hits hard

Text on the meme

ur cracking emo shi and her lil brother starts playing his guitar

What it means

A young man in a bathroom hears his girlfriend’s little brother start playing guitar while he is cracking emo shit, then suddenly gets completely consumed by the dramatic rock song. Linkin Park’s “Given Up” plays as he headbangs, air-guitars, and sings along with exaggerated intensity. The joke is about instantly losing composure when an emo song hits the perfect emotional nerve, making it a reaction meme for dramatic musical overreactions.
