Heavy Defends Haru Urara

Text on the meme

She never gave up, is what she did... All right? She's a brave, hardworking Uma... And for me, Haru Urara's a hero. END OF STORY. ANYBODY ELSE SAY OTHERWISE! OR MAKE HER CRY!

What it means

The Team Fortress 2 Heavy passionately praises Haru Urara from Uma Musume as a brave, hardworking hero, then aggressively challenges anyone who disagrees or makes her cry. The joke comes from the absurd contrast between Heavy’s intimidating tough-guy persona and his extremely earnest, protective admiration of the cute anime horse girl, heightened by dramatic music.
