What it means

EN: A girl inside a small handmade paper screen turns from side to side and opens and closes her eyes as the board is manipulated by hand. The joke comes from the contrast between a simple paper craft and the way it appears to move like LIVE2D. M!LK’s upbeat J-pop song “E Jan” follows the motion, creating a cute and slightly surreal mood.
