Sleep Paralysis Gym Demon

Sleep paralysis but the demon Is ur Chinese friend convincing u To go to the gym R we going to the gym after class? Can’t place the dumbbell back? But she was able to remove ur place in her heart Can’t push harder? 去健身 go gym 想放弃吗 Wanna give up? Giving up like the way she gave up on u? 去健身吗 wanna go gym? 😅

The video shows a woman in a dark bedroom acting like a sleep-paralysis demon while repeatedly trying to convince someone to go to the gym. She struggles with a stuffed animal and a dumbbell, then uses an increasingly guilt-tripping comparison to a woman abandoning someone romantically. It is sent as an absurd reaction to relentless gym motivation or emotionally manipulative encouragement.
