Turkcel Incel Definition

Turkcel Not to be confused with Turkcell A Turkcel is someone whose inceldom is caused by sexual discrimination against their Turkic roots. This applies to those from Turkey, Azerbaijan, the central Asian states of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, the Uygur Autonomous Region in China, and Turkic oblasts of the Russian Federation, such as Tatarstan or Bashkortostan.
